This rod is truly a pleasure to cast - built for small to medium water, it can carry more line than most 7 footers, all the while remaining light and accurate. The action may be described as light crisp-medium-fast progressive, full, variable timing with a forgiving nature. If you fish flows between 20 to 150 cfs, all size dry flies for trout, this taper becomes an extension of your index finger from 10 to 50 feet.

Unusual early Eustis Edwards aesthetics with med-dark bamboo with a cocobolo buttcap, full nickel-silver soldered reelseat, short 4½" Edwards/Hawes competition grip and fine grain birch winding check for reinforcement - (with this style grip, the front edge gets heavier wear). Two-piece, two tip with red leather wrapped grip on aluminum/engraved brass tube.
