seen, these rods are of the highest quality collectible rods, staggered
nodes, fully machined, hand-welted ferrules (similar to EW Edwards') generally
modern for their age - serious fishing tools, though built in 1926, these
well-thought tapers are NOT weak or soft and compare favorably to Leonard's
50 or FE Thomas 3 pc dry fly rods, the stronger "his" rod is capable of
throwing quite a long line with finesse; both are ready to fish and will
easily serve most regular trout fishing conditions.
