October 30 2003 - 50 degrees - 12PM - so much for nice flows
with recent heavy rain, river could peak at 6000cfs today, Spring runoff height

October 25 2003 -  48 degrees - 10:45AM
nice flows - beautiful sunny sky this AM means a busy day on the river for late October

October 23 2003 -  31 degrees - 8:35AM
light snow in the hills this AM

Beavers claim another large tree at the Meadows

October 17 2003 -  47 degrees - 12:35PM

plenty of chilled Caddis still around midday

October 14 2003 -  45 degrees - 8:25AM

looking over the river valley, 7:25AM

October 13 2003 -  53 degrees - 6:15PM
Flying Ants in the air - along with Caddis, Isonychias, Olives and still..

surprisingly as late as mid-October, a good number of Cahills:

cold as it is, under the leaves plenty of bugs are still hiding waiting for the warm sunshine:
